What if your body was never the problem?

Maybe it was the one-size-fits-all advice.Or the pressure to “just eat clean.”Maybe it was doctors who didn’t ask enough questions, menus that didn’t make space, or friends who called us, "Picky."The Elite Bio-Individual Profile™ community is here to change how the world sees food needs—personal, real, and rooted in the body. We’ve done the work to understand ourselves. Now we’re asking the world to understand us.We’ve read the studies, tracked the symptoms, asked the hard questions. We don’t want perfection—just truth, dignity, and options. This isn’t a trend. It’s a truth we’ve earned.

The Elite Bio-Individual Profile™ Manifesto
A movement. A mindset. A map back to your body.
We are not picky.
We are not fussy.
We are not high-maintenance.
We are Elite Bio-Individuals—people who have chosen to listen deeply to our bodies.
We’ve tracked, tested, reflected, and refined—not out of vanity, but out of respect for the vessel we’ve been given.
We treat our body like a lab—not a trend. Some of us have allergies.
Some of us have conditions.
Some of us are healing.
All of us are learning.
We are not here to judge what others eat.
We are not here to shame how others move or live.
We are here to honor our own wiring,
To be honest about what works—for us—and what doesn’t.
To advocate, gently, and walk proudly in our profile.
When we walk into a space that carries the EBI™ symbol,
We know we’re safe.
We know we’re seen.
We know they’re ready for nuance, flexibility, respect.
Because being EBI™ isn’t about being elite over others.
It’s about being elite in our awareness,
Elite in our self-respect,
Elite in our presence.
We’re not part of a diet.
We’re part of a movement.
And the movement is this:
Know yourself. Feed yourself. Honor yourself.Welcome to EBI™.
Your body. Your profile. Your power.

I went to Planta Cocina in Marina del Rey, a little nervous, as usual, about explaining all my food restrictions. But the server didn’t flinch. She listened carefully as I listed my allergies and sensitivities, then grabbed a Sharpie—crossing out the items I couldn’t eat and circling the ones they could modify. She handed the menu back and said, “Take your time.” No judgment. No side-eye. Just patience and respect. I felt seen. That’s how it should be everywhere."-Paula N, 2024
